Status: Running Use case: Main PC abandoned in a closet Server

This is my server. It pretty much hosts a bunch of Docker containers that I use, as well as a bunch of SMB shares. This is very work in progress, since this computer lacks a lot of storage, a viable backup scheme, among other things that a server should have. I am doing my best with what I have. Maybe I will make an post about this PC, maybe not.

dell latitude e5530 Windows 10 Laptop that I bought for school around this time in 2018, it was significantly more powerful compared to the awful Sony laptop earlier, it was the laptop that got me through the last years of highschool and the beginning semesters of college. It was also the same laptop that I started playing around with Linux too. I stopped using this laptop around 2021 when I got the Dell Optiplex mentioned above, and it then became my sis’s laptop, where she used it until the hinges broke off, and now it is mine again. broken 2018-2023

My new phone. This is a 2020 era smartphone that was a high end phone back in its day. This phone currently runs LineageOS 23 with microG for app compatibility. More about this phone here.

‘parsley’

This phone was my daily driver for 5 years now, now being replaced with the LG V60. OnePlus sucks as a brand, and this phone model isn’t really that great when it comes to performance or having an up-to-date operating system. I actively avoid Google apps and this phone is mostly degoogled for the most part. This phone runs LineageOS with no gapps installed (however I may revert it back to stock or LineageOS + GAPPS for keeping certain banking/goverment related apps on here. More here.

Google Pixel 3XL No. I originally purchased this phone as a possible replacement for the Nord N10. After a couple of days with it, I ended up returning it back. I didn’t like this phone. It honestly sucked. I actually had two of these phones, the first one had a dead SIM port, and the second one was just fine, but I didn’t want to deal with it. Therefore, it was returned. 2022-2022
