This was originally gonna be a showcase of drawings I made for artfight, but for many reasons, I ended up giving up on it. I don’t really know what to say, aside from like, artfight just sucking this year. Yes, I am still fucking salty about the artfight mods first saying that using 3D models was bad, and then they were like “oh yeah never mind” and kinda changed the rules back to how they were. But to me, the damage was already done: they already fucked up and ruined everything for me. I didn’t even do a new reference sheet, and any art I did post, I didn’t bother with adding an icon frame for this year. I felt like a fraud when it comes to art, all because I used 3D models for reference purposes. It is genuinely so helpful to visualize poses, and it is such a shame that the artfight mods were so boneheaded to not realize this. Anyways, I don’t think I will be participating in future artfight events. I feel that they’re too much work for what its worth.
Anyways, this post will now be a showcase of pretty much every drawing I have made in the last couple months.

Sometimes as an artist you go “oh right I have free will”, and then proceed to draw the drawing of all time. That happened when I saw an outfit that I saw on twitter, which looked like:
So you can guess what happened. I basically made the most suggestive drawing I have done so far, and I shamelessly decided to also post it on fucking Newgrounds and Bluesky. Because at this point I have stopped caring, because honestly considering how the world is burning, why should anyone care if I draw my own sona in a revealing outfit that I found.

Honestly this was more as an attempt to break from the constant art block I have had this year, and I think it was somewhat succesful. Not a complex drawing at all, but it was one that was quick and easy.
artfight 2026 - 2026-07-10: polzarath / kevin
Gonna group these two together because of reasons. The original plan for artfight was to attack a bunch of friends’ OCs, but for whatever reason, that didn’t happen. I ended up procastinating, and then when I realized I was procastinating, I ended up not doing anything at the end. I think the funniest thing is that, the person whom I attacked was on the same team, in other words, I was pretty much not helping my artfight team at all.
Unlike most of my drawings, this time, I decided to use some pictures that I have taken myself as the background. On Polzarath’s drawing, I used a couple pictures, and then mixed them into a single coherent background of sorts. Meanwhile, for the Kevin drawing, I took a picture and then just, pixelized the shit out of it, and boom, there is the background. Aside from that, the shading was minimal, the color was simple, and well, that is all.

Lug try not to draw his own sona in a bunnysuit challange (impossible).
Anyways, I found a 3D model pose that I thought would be fun to draw lug in, so I decided to “borrow” that pose and draw Lug doing that. And then I had the idea of giving him a bunnysuit because why the fuck not. I also tried giving some more different shading, and I think it turned out pretty good. The boot was a pain in the ass, and i am not sure if it looks good, but oh well i guess.
